Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Blairsville

Awesome as always, so this was a year ago. I rated them 5 stars. Quite a lot has changed since then. New staff new management, ABSOLUTLY NO PRODUCT OR POLICY KNOWLEDGE. Customer service Rude and racist at best. Yes I was told I am a mean old white man. My online order canceled after we were assured it would be held the extra day by Kyle, a young guy that knows everything just ask him. The store manager S....... do not have any idea how to pronounce her name decided to hide behind the only good employee in the store. When I questioned her about money being held, all I got was we are refunding it, give him 10% off to get him out of here. Spoke with customer service at the main office Dist. Mgr. is supposed to call me we will see if that happens. I have been a customer in this store since it opened, and have NEVER been so disrespected in my life. I will continue to shop at Tractor Supply even if it requires driving an extra 12 miles to avoid this...

Shopped here last night for the 1st time. While the people at this location seemed very nice and helpful, my boyfriend and I felt like we were being stalked as if we were going to steal something. We are both honest, hard working individuals! And do NOT look shady at all! We spent a large amount of money here! Probably would've spent more if the sales people weren't observing us all of the time. Felt extremely uncomfortable! I assumed that this location would be quite nice as it's in a small town. I guess I thought wrong. I really enjoy shopping but most likely won't...

Update: Propane tank was filled by the Assistant Manager while cashier inside sucked on a lollipop. 100lb Tank lasted 2 days. SMH
