K & C Supply — Local services in Blanco

We’ve used them a few times and it went okay. We are working on building our shop and always try to shop local. This last order we placed they told us the material would be in Friday or Monday. I think we ordered on a Wednesday. No big deal. Well the material didn’t show up. We called pretty much everyday and our guys went in a few times to check on it. This went on for 4 weeks. We kept getting told “maybe tomorrow” I called and left a message this last Thursday to find out what was going on and if the metal was even on order. No response. I call again Monday for someone to tell me “oh, it’s been in. We have a ton of that material out back.” To sum it up they wasted our time for about a month and had our shop building at a stand still. Not a single person in this business cared nor apologized or even acknowledged the huge inconvenience they caused. We definitely will not be supporting or returning to this local business as they obviously do not care about taking care of...

My review is well overdue! I run to K&C on an average of 2-3 times a week. And, sometimes I run there 2-3 times a day! I'm a DIY person that always needs something for the house or a project. The employees are very kind and Jim and Dana are just lovely people. I tell Jim I need a bolt to go in the thing so I can put the other thing together and he's so patient with me! And, that says a lot because this store is always busy, busy! You'll always be greeted with a smile and if they don't know your name, it will not take them long to remember it. The worst customer service that anyone has ever seen. They told me that they bring the unit over there.
