Worst customer service EVER! Rented a UHaul truck TWO WEEKS before pick up. Called the store THREE TIMES to confirm the truck, was consistently told the “UHAUL guy wasn’t in”, (apparently only ONE person in the entire store knows how to utilize their software, & its certainly not the manager), continuously called to confirm- they never returned my calls. Showed up on moving day to pick up my truck and was told THEY DONT RENT TRUCKS HERE, ONLY TRAILERS. Now, you would think that one of the THREE times that I called to confirm my TRUCK rental, that someone at the store might mention that to me- but NOPE. I’m a Military mom and I have a critical illnesses, to top it all off they pulled this stunt on Memorial Day! They didn’t apologize AT ALL. Just said- don’t know what to tell ya. They’re lucky they’re the only AutoParts store in town, because they would have already been run out of business in a bigger city with their lack of customer service skills. Complete waste of time and money. Lesson learned. 100% would...

I am so so happy with this store! Especially Robert. Came in with a battery problem. He installed a new one. However, the car would start and immediately die. Continually. Over and over. He never had that happen. I was there for a very long time. Felt like crying. Oh, I am a 73 year old woman. He kept on trying different things. Researching online. I felt bad for him and myself. So called AAA. Would take 89 minutes to arrive. I live in rural Texas. Sooo, just hanging out. I n an auto parts store in rural Texas. Suddenly, Robert comes in saying, “cancel AAA! Got it running!” He did not give up!! Told me where to take the car for follow up. Fabulous person!!!!!...

My car hesitated when I started it so I drove straight to Napa to ask if they could test the battery. I was afraid if I turned off my car it wasn’t going to start again and I would be stuck there. Kevin tested it for me and sure enough I needed a new battery. He even went the extra mile and switched it out for me. I tried to tip him and he wouldn’t accept it.
