We had the most incredible experience working with Bloomingdale Golf Club for our wedding on 10.18.2024! From start to finish, everything about the venue and the team completely exceeded our expectations.

Awilda was absolutely amazing! She was in charge of our wedding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. Awilda was incredibly responsive—no matter the time of day, we could always count on her to reply to our emails quickly and at any time. Making the entire planning process so much less stressful.

Awilda and the Bloomingdale Golf Club went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it. She worked with us to adjust plans to fit our style. We planned our wedding in less than seven months, and they made it happen! We even decorated a few tables ourselves and simply told her how we wanted them set up—she handled it all beautifully and made it so easy for us. She also went the extra mile by calling and communicating with our vendors to handle everything without needing to reach out to us, which was a HUGE weight off our shoulders.

And let’s talk about the food! The appetizers were AMAZING and so delicious. The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection. During our tasting, we didn’t receive steak knives and were a little concerned, but wow—the steaks were so tender and flavorful that our butter knives sliced right through them! On our wedding day, the food was even better. We received SO MANY compliments from our guests about the food and those steaks.

The entire day Awilda was running around and taking care of every little detail to make our wedding perfect. We are so happy we chose this venue to host our special day. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them.

Oh, and the drinks—AMAZING! Everyone talked about how delicious the margaritas were. We are so happy with how everything turned out and will be recommending the Bloomingdale Golf Club to everyone we know. We’re already looking forward to hosting future events here, like baby showers or birthday parties.

Staff here appears very pleasant up front. However dont seem very helpful if they don't already know your face. For starters our tee time should've been just a twosome but got paired up when the group in front of us showed up late. The pair we were forced to join was extremely slow. Played the front nine without indecent. We stopped at the turn to pick up our food order and our playing partners went on without us. Only one bartender was remaining so those of us still in the course had to wait for everyone else who was done to place their order before picking up ours. We tee off on ten and the foursome behind us pulls up with us (twosome at this point). They seem cool with us playing on and there is no issue until 14 or 15 when the ranger asks us to only hit off the tee after a pair of horrible tee shots. We simply complied with the ranger and assured him we'll speed up our play. Not 30 second later the group behind us hits up on us to within 2 feet without a FORE or anything. It's my belief the ranger was not to far away to here me say that we are now being hit at to speed up and continued driving away. Myself just as anyone else on the course paid to play here and thus should have the opportunity to play a hole without being hit at to speed up our play (which was way more than twice as fast while paired up on the front 9). I have never been bothered by letting a faster group play through and would've gladly done the same in this scenario had it been handled the right way. What makes this worse is that this course was in extremely good condition after a week plus of rain. 99% of it was playable so i drove the hour to get a round in just to walk off the course after 15 holes out of the frustration due to the poor customer service. Solid course but don't expect to be treated the same or even close to it if you don't play here often....

When we first chose Bloomingdale Golf Club for our wedding back in 2019, we were drawn in by the beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. What we didn't know then was that we would also be getting a team that would show us incredible kindness and professionalism through an incredibly difficult time.

Unfortunately, our wedding was scheduled for 2020, and like so many others, we had to cancel due to COVID. We had already put down a significant non-refundable deposit of a few thousand dollars. Despite having no obligation to do so, the team at Bloomingdale Golf Club offered us a full credit to use for future catering. This gesture of goodwill was above and beyond anything we could have expected, and it truly meant the world to us.

We recently cashed in that credit for our daughter's first birthday party, and the experience was just as exceptional. The team, particularly Karen and John, were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were incredibly flexible with our menu choices, making sure everything was perfect for our daughters' special day. The catering team arrived right on time and were professional, hardworking, and efficient. The food was fantastic, and it made our daughter's party a huge success.

We can't recommend Bloomingdale Golf Club enough. Their beautiful venue is just one part of the story; their integrity, flexibility, and outstanding service are what truly set them apart. We would recommend them a...
