The Oasis Water Park — Attraction in Bloomingdale

The water park is okay in the evenings, but during the day it is not only very busy because of all the summer camp kids, but there is also music blasting way too loudly. It’s really excessively loud, to the point that it makes it very difficult to communicate with people even if they stand very close to you.

The toddler area has a very slippery floor by the slide. My kid slipped a couple of times, and I saw other kids suddenly falling as well. This is not a safe environment for little kids.

Pool is very nice but service is the worst I ever met.We came at 1130 am.in entrance was written by hand that they are taking cash only. We got our bracelets but no receipts at all. for two adults at 2 y old kid we paid 24$. At 12:45 pm they said that they have a 15 min break so everyone has to leave. And if you want to stay you have to pay again.Is this a joke to pay 24$ for 1,5 h? when we entered no one informed us about that kind of rules.When I asked d to call manager because I wanted to request refund - not present. Has something for all ages and swim levels. The water playground for Babies and toddlers. Zero depth to something like 3 1/2 ft for water wings and learners. Lilly pads are popular with kids and the water slides, diving boards and the rock climbing wall (over 12 ft diving area).
