This is my 3rd time purchasing furniture from this place. The last two times were great, and we had zero issues. We have purchased a couch, TV stand, and a queen headboard with dresser set in previous years. We decided to go back this time to get some new furniture since we had a pretty good experience previously. We decided on a new couch, new king size mattress, and a king size headboard. Now this experience has been less than great. We were told it would be 10-14 days for delivery (they did give us free delivery however...I'm assuming due to a larger purchase). 12 days later and I called just to check in since I had not heard from them. They said we were waiting on one piece of furniture. I said great. If you cannot reach me since I work all day, just leave a voicemail. 18 days later we had received no phone call to set up delivery. So, my fiancé called on the 18th day. THEY FORGOT TO CALL AND SETUP OUR DELIVERY. They said they would deliver it Friday. They showed up Friday with our stuff. Mattress and headboard were correct, however couch was the wrong way. We had already called right after we purchased the couch a few weeks ago and comminuted which way we wanted the couch layout to be. So, they took the couch back and promised delivery Saturday 8/19/23 between 10-1pm. It is now past 2pm and no one has showed. We called the place AGAIN. The guy who answered had no answers for us and we need to wait for the person we talked to yesterday. I will update when we receive any news on our couch.
UPDATE: We got a call that they made a mistake on delivery today. We did finally get the couch delivered thankfully!
We will most likely not be purchasing from this place again...
Read moreChecked out the funiture there today, selection was decent, but the prices are high for what I was comparing to from multiple sources online which I can forgive due to being a small funiture store and possibly getting what I need now. BUT, the sales person today forced me to leave this 1 star review, complete disrespect for my questions as he talked down to me as a child, unable to answer basic questions about available colors, lack of professionalism, and total loss of salesmanship. I was ready to buy TODAY, but the salesman completely turned the sale in the opposite direction. Again, price is not a issue by obtaining what you need at that point of time but lack of professionalism and respect made me change my mind spending my money there. Will never step foot in there again. Be warned that you will be insulted and belittled IF you received the sales person I got today. Funiture and price was honestly not the issue today. Bought a nicer selectional at a competitor at a cheaper cost with excellent customer service. This place will be lucky to stay open with what customer service I received today. Read moreUnfortunately I have noticed in this store that customer service is hit and miss and if you're there when the owner isn't you can bet you won't be spoken to or might not even see anyone the whole time you tour their store.
