Subway — Restaurant in Bloomington

I made an order through the subway app, made it a meal, which includes a DRINK and a side (chips). I received my order (via DoorDash) with no drink. I paid the delivery fees, and added a tip. I called this location, and I was told there was nothing they could do, unless I wanted to come in and get a drink. Now if this was an option for me, I would not have ordered it for delivery! They have no issue taking your money, but refunding it or fulfilling your order is a whole different story! Also when asking for a manager, I was told they did not have one onsite. To be fair I did give them the option to refund or provide my drink, and should this not work for them, I would never order from this location again and social media would know about it. I’d like to share my recent experience at Subway, which was quite disappointing. I specifically asked for Italian herb and cheese bread, but the employee gave me white bread instead. This wasn’t just a one-time mistake; the person next to me had the same issue. When I pointed out that I had asked for Italian herb and cheese, the employee insisted that I had asked for white bread. Additionally, I requested a 6-inch sandwich, but I was given a full one, and again, the employee claimed that I had asked for a full sandwich. While the OG roaches drank from the soda fountains, the younger roaches played pass with the crumbs on the table. I politely told the employee to cancel the order, I was no longer interested in the "extra crispy" add-on's that were running on the counter in front of me. To my surprise, the employee either couldn't understand what I was saying or didn't want to, as she continued to push the roach motel footlong towards me.
