LaserLite — Local services in Bloomington

Paid around 400 for party room and all the works and first round of tag was fine our party went in with 2 other little girls and we had fun. Until 2nd and 3rd round came around and these 2 friends of the works came in and targeted the kids and called people guarding them names. I'm sorry but your almost 30 playing with kids that u don't know and going after the kids which made it no fun for them. We were told by staff if we stayed around 30 minutes we could play with just our party and wasn't the case. Told the guy to let the kids play and he said they are in here so he is going after them. Shots of his counted even when he was out. Friends with the workers. Don't recommend unless you don't mind people like that. Our family traveled over 10 hours for this what we thought would have been fun for them. Wasn't really too busy honestly. But employees shouldn't have promised if couldn't have been done. My daughter just had her birthday here. The kids had an awesome experience and since we were a few kids short some of us parents were able to join in on the laser tag. Overall it was a blast. What we didn’t appreciate was the staff knowing their token machine was giving costumers exactly half the amount of tokens we had paid for. Not many kids, or parent sit and count out 100 plus tokens but when splitting them between children we noticed we were short by exactly half of what we purchased. This happened on two occasions before we mentioned it to the front desk. We said we prefer to purchase the tokens through the desk not the machine and they may want to put an out of order sign on it. Many costumers had complained but at no point during our stay had they put any sign on their machine. I’m sure this is a way of getting additional money from guests. My 8 year old saved his money for a birthday party, googled laser tag, Bloomington ILLINOIS and this company came up...first. When reading it, NO WHERE in the search engine description OR on their home page does it say Bloomington INDIANA.

After getting all excited and booking this company... the 2nd page pops up and THEN tells us, this company is in Bloomington INDIANA... THREE hours away!! I immediately emailed them and asked for my refund and what I got was.. "sorry, we don't give refunds" and this happens "ALLL of the time". Of course we understand the non refund policy for people that don't show up, but we feel this is NOT our fault.

You know..if this it happens ALLLL of the time, then MAYBE you need to ad into the description both ON the search portion AND on your home page.. you are in INDIANA!!! Totally unfair but in this day and age, not totally surprising.
