Rating: ★★☆☆☆ Mr. Hibachi Buffet, once a reliable source of delicious and diverse food, has unfortunately experienced a significant drop in quality. My visit was marred by a series of disappointments that left a sour taste in my mouth. Upon arrival, a greasy floor near the entrance almost caused me to slip. It appeared that the same mop and dirty water used in the kitchen were also employed in the buffet area, creating a hazardous, unhygienic situation. This is clearly unacceptable in a public dining area and needs to be addressed immediately. On a more positive note, the hibachi grill was a beacon of fresh food in the midst of otherwise questionable offerings. This station, however, could not salvage the overall experience. The rest of the buffet was inconsistent at best, with quality varying from dish to dish. A particular low point was the rice, which was inedibly crunchy. The dessert bar was no respite from the disappointments. I selected a cup of ice cream, only to discover that it was filled with icy, crystallized chunks. The texture indicated that the freezer had probably malfunctioned at some point, causing the ice cream to melt and then refreeze, resulting in a far from enjoyable dessert. The state of the men's bathroom was deplorable, with puddles of urine around the urinal and unflushed fecal matter in the toilet bowl. This is unacceptable and indicates a significant lapse in basic hygiene standards and maintenance. In conclusion, Mr. Hibachi Buffet has drastically declined from its pre-COVID glory days. It is currently in dire need of improved cleanliness and food quality. I would urge potential customers to consider other options until significant improvements are made.

The food is great. One of the better food quality buffets I've been to though not a huge selection. Service is terrible. No hello even after my wife made it a point to say hello to the hostess. First server was rude. Seemed to be end of her shift so whatever. Her replacement was also rude. He kept rushing to take people's plates away. Next table over had to tell him "no don't take that I'm still eating" He took our glasses away while we were at the buffet. And left the dirty wet towel on the table when we came back. He hasn't brought our check yet so should have known we weren't gone. Took awhile to acknowledge that he had taken our drinks and ask if we wanted another. We got our check and, as shown in the picture, the price doesn't match. Ask him and he says it is the Chinese New Year Special Menu price. That there is a sign up front. I asked what was special he says crawfish... I didn't touch the crawfish and have seen crawfish on buffets at cheaper places but whatever. Looked for the sign. Yes, on the door was a sign about Chinese New year and special Menu. Only place we saw that the price was noted was on another copy of the same sign on the register. Hand written below the same block of text was the updated price. This was our second and final visit. First time had a rude staff experience as well but not as bad. The food was good enough to give it another try.

Food is okay! The reason I gave 3 stars is there are no tags about the dish atleast it would have been great if they mentioned it's chicken or pork or something. Personally I eat only chicken and seafood. It has been tough time for me to identify what that dish might be and avoided dishes that are hard to guess. There dish shrimp and rolled in bacon 🥓, I had not guess it correctly I would have eaten it assuming it's a breaded shrimp. It would be a great place for people who would love to try all kinds of meats. There are many options in desserts. But the fruits slices are so huge that you can take just one piece of melon and fulfill your dessert appetite.i couldn't try few fruits as they are so huge and might end up wasted. The sushi are okay. Few chicken items are too dry. But the fried chicken is amazing. There are so many option for you to try. I would love to come back again if there are name tags

BE AWARE!!! Last night me and my 5 yr old came down with food poisoning from our take out buffet. The food was old, hard, and uneatable. 4am and we were both sicker than dogs having to use both toilet and bathtub to help accommodate my child. I contacted them today, the lady who answered agreed that because it was after 8:30 pm, the food was old. She then refused to let me speak to the manager saying the manager was busy in the kitchen, yet kept telling me the manager was telling her things to tell me... from way in the back in the kitchen of course. I asked again to speak to the manager and she said “okay, byebye!” And hung up on me. I immediately called back, she answered again and said the manager said that if I didn’t like the food then to not come back. Again, this was apparently said from the “manager who was busy in the kitchen” that would have taken at least a minute just to go back there from the front counter, then time to talk to her about what happened, say another minute? Then another minute to walk back from the kitchen to the counter. So all that happened in the 8 seconds it took me to call back after being hung up on apparently. They refused to replace or refund even though they admitted they served us old food. This is NOT how customers...
