Don’t know if anyone else is experiencing problems with this company but they are by far the worst ,at least for us . Cesar sold my boyfriend and his grandmother a car and the process up until after the paper work was fine . Make sure they write down EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU !!!!! There were legit 4 witnesses who heard him say things he claims he never said but because it wasn’t written down so he just Denies it . We got the car back in October and they’ve been hitting my boyfriend up IN JANUARY about things that should’ve been taken care of a long time ago. To our understanding Cesar said the first month is covered and to pay the second month when it’s due . 4 people were there and heard him say that .then my boyfriend got the bill which actually showed the first month wasn’t covered and the payment is now late because we thought the first month was covered . Cesar still denies this because it’s not written down . The insurance company then switched my boyfriend to another insurance due to Cesar’s carelessness costing another 3k outta pocket wheewwwww it doesn’t end there , if you want a company bugging you for information you gave them over 6 times and threats to take you car because they seem to only give you a one day notice, I say this is the company for you . It’s literally January and they’re still texting everyday about car business that shouldnve been taken care months ago ....

I was turned down by many dealers due to my credit, until I went to Los Compadres. The people weren't pushy @ all when trying to purchase a car, they showed me the cars that were in my price range and weren't forcing me to see cars that were out of my price range like most dealers. Which I was really happy about. W that being said I left in a 2012 Nissan Altima.. The only down side to that was that the car needed new tires when I asked if they would put new tires on it the worker said yes, and as I took it to the tire shop they only changed the ones that "needed" to be changed and the tires werent even new. My air bag light was also on, I left the car for two days and it still wasn't fixed bc they were waiting for a part to come but they needed me to pick up the car until the part came in, which is understandable but the fact that I don't live even close to the dealer and I was wasting my gas going back and forth was the worst part. Last but not least, they don't even bother on washing your car nor filling up your gas tank when you first purchase the car, which isn't a big deal but as a buyer you would expect them to @ least have the kurtisy to wash the car and leave you w a full tank...

So I emailed this dealership about a truck they had for sale and got no response for 3 days. Then I decided to show up and see if it was Available. It was on the lot so I start looking at it and a salesman approached me. He had no knowledge of the of the what’s so ever. I noticed that the tires where almost bald and the radio didn’t work and he said didn’t know anything about it. I was still somewhat interested so I asked if we can go for a test drive and he said we would have to run my credit first. I showed him my credit score on my phone which is very good and he said we could go inside and he would give me some numbers based on my score. Then he said he is suppose to raise the the price of the truck because I’m not paying cash. He came back with an interest rate of 18% and my credit score like I showed him is good. They lost a sale by not letting me drive the truck and giving me a redicluous interest rate. Terrible customer service and very poorly kept vechiles, stay away from...
