My honest opinion People that leave rude comments on here about this place obviously are not vehicle educated,I myself know enough to get around with out getting out the x ray machine, I was sold a ford explorer with a few discrepancies, but that's all on the consumer to pay attention of what your buying " If you want a flawless car/Truck you can go to that expensive dealer and I'm sure the friendly staff will point you in that direction , but for me the average "Joe" I couldint afford the $398 a month car payment .So I went to Los compares auto SALES not to be confused with center,the finance guy there Oscar was literally fighting to get me the best deal and the owner Jose saw the look in my face of distress only to low the price more! So payments of $220 a month , you get a warranty (Use your brains trash talkers , this is your chance to inspect what you bought , the staff tell you to take a nice long drive). Oh and the best part! LAUDA was the girl that assisted me from the start, not only did she pick me up "My previous car was totaled" but drove me back for paper work completion and got my 2013 registered with 2018 tags so I don't have to hassle with the DMV!!! And they have 4 locations to choose from so spots are smaller than others, but that's how you find that one hidden gem waiting for you, so if your like me and won't cry an obvious little issue on a used car or truck for a killer deal and the most well taken care of used cars out of all other you will not be disappointed there , good job you guys and I can't wait for my head rest lol ! Came here with a family friend, he had spoken previously to a sales man about a particular car. We're from LA, so we drove here once the deal was pretty much sealed. Upon arriving, the team was so unprofessional , the sales guy went to a late lunch even though he knew we were about to arrive and were suppose to meet. Ultimately we left so disappointed. The car had 70,000 miles more than first stated, a broken shield, super worn tires, non- working AC. After being confronted with everything we found that he never mentioned , he still had the audacity to try and continue to sell to us. Purchased a used Kia from this dealership price went from 7,000 to 13,000. I understand that it is financing and fees however the car was promised to be functional all around and the first month of owning the fuel pump went bad. Paid 700 dollars to get that fixed with a mechanic, A/C did not work and salesman promised that he would get someone to fix it and never called us back. Rear left wheel had a crack inside and was never addressed to us. Among other issues.
