Unfortunately the business owner is young and not very knowledgeable on how to run a business. The business owner is new to tattooing and all over the place with her pricing. I suggested to her that she try and have straight fees so it’s equal to everyone and she didn’t want to hear my opinion. Instead, she continued to argue with me about how I hurt her feelings by saying that I felt “ripped off”. It’s unfortunate that this business owner doesn’t have the knowledge to make things right with her clients as she just lost a great paying and loyal customer. I told her all she had to do was to offer a discount (anything) on my next service and things would’ve been resolved. She refused to hear that because all she heard was me saying that I “felt” like I was “ripped off” … completely disregarding my “feelings”. Not a business owner I’d like to do business with. Instead of one star I gave her two because she did refund me $20 of the $100 tattoo she did. She has a lot of potential as a business owner but unwilling to listen to...

I cannot say enough amazing things about Fetch Brow. I’ve been going/seeing Kirsten since she first started out and her work, art and artistic abilities continues to amaze me more and more every time. I’ve received all services that Fetch provides and every time I am treated with nothing but kindness and professionalism & not to mention a cute, spunky, inviting and CLEAN atmosphere. She is extremely open as to what she is doing, opens all packaging in front of you & wipes appropriate materials thoroughly. She makes you feel extremely comfortable and asks if you have any questions as to what is going on/what will happen during the time of the service. I sent her photos of what I wanted far in advance and she said no problem...I got 7 of her micro tattoos in one sitting and the quality is just not there. There is a lot of touch up work that needs to be done, honestly I would not have gotten them if I knew they would look so far from what I asked for...She told me touch-up appointments are free, but when I tried to schedule she just ignored...
