
Great Facility overall. However, their COVID protocols are not consistent, and seem to change depending on the staff member you happen to be speaking to. When I was asked to cease using a treadmill because the member next to me was unmasked, I was told by a staff member that masks “are required, not mandatory,” and since that member was there before me, the onus fell to me to protect her. She was NOT asked to put her mask on, and I was forbidden to use the treadmill next to her. I had to wait for a treadmill to open up away from the unmasked user, despite the sign on the door that said “masks are required.” I spoke with the Director and was assured that he would follow-up with the staff to make sure they are all aware of the mask policy. The following day when I arrived at the gym, there were several people using the treadmills who were not wearing masks, and I was inconvenienced one again by their inconsistent policy.
