I gave them a call, and the first thing they said was, “Sports cards.” I explained that I have a collection of signed, cased Hall of Fame footballs with plaques that I’m looking to sell. I asked if that was something they might be interested in, and the response was a flat, “Nope.” I said okay, and the man just replied with a dismissive “uh-huh.” I would never recommend this place to anyone. If they’re this rude over the phone, I can only imagine how unprofessional they are in person. They’ve lost out on a decent amount of money — I was willing to sell everything at a bargain just to make a little extra cash. Extremely disrespectful...

Its 2024 and they still practice sexism here. Walked into the store and the cashier glanced over and then completely ignored me while he was helping a gentleman. Assuming he was just focused I stood patiently waiting my turn. Soon as a man walked in the door he got an instant pleasant greeting from the cashier. I walked out that very moment. Instant way to lose my business no matter how good...

Just rereading these reviews and happen to see that they are under new management I had been referred there about a year n half ago n my walk in was in N out not going into detail on why but I sure will be visiting them again soon I wanna try again and see what our time and effort can be worth now !!!
