I wish I could give this place 5 stars because we generally have had some really fun times and the facility itself is amazing.
Unfortunately weāve had a bad experience nearly every single time weāve come recently due to a lack of rule enforcement.
There is a small area for young kids with a sign nearby stating itās designated for children 3 & under only. However, this is not enforced whatsoever and there is ALWAYS at least one child who is very clearly well over this age limit playing in this area. Today alone, I counted SIX children in this area who looked over 5 years old. Two of them looked at least 9. These children play recklessly and make the area extremely unsafe for the 0, 1, 2, and 3 year olds the area is meant for. We were in there for over 2 hours and never once did an employee come by to remove the children who were too old to be in there. Over half the balls from the ball pit had been removed by these older kids and tossed down the slide.
I think the general philosphy here is that parents should monitor their own children (as there are never ever employees floating around or stationed with the purpose of rule enforcement). Unfortunately this rule of thumb is only good in theory as it is clear that MANY parents come here to let their children run feral while they kick up their feet at a table and do zero monitoring. Many other parents are nearby supervising their children but donāt discipline them or remove them from situations where theyāve literally hurt other children. Iāve seen so many parents come to the toddler area with their clearly 7 year old kid, read the 3 and under sign, and barrel right in despite that and play in a toddler area with their giant, wreckless 3rd year old shamelessly while little babies and young toddler get pummeled or terrified in the process.
I know Iām not the only toddler mom who has been really turned off by this place for this reason as I have had multiple conversations with friends and moms Iāve met here about the issue. About 15% of the huge facility is designated to ages 0-3 and the other 85% is for ages 3+ yet there is this constant issue of big kids flocking to this small space.
At very least, exact ages should be questioned upon entry/payment and then color coded stickers or wristbands should be given. Explicit directives should be given to parents on what ages are and arenāt allowed in the baby/toddler area.
At best, all the above things would be enacted AND staff should do frequent check ins at the area and remove overaged kids without the appropriate sticker or wristband.
Lastly, the gate to this area doesnāt even latch at all and itās a recurring issue that parents have to keep their young kids from escaping which is a big safety issue and just annoyance.
This place could be really great for all ages with more clearly stated rules that actually...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is brand new, and I was curious about it while it was being built. Fortunately, a little girl in my daughter's class had her birthday party there yesterday, so we checked it out. Upon arrival, the parking lot was completely packed. I got lucky and snagged a spot when somebody left, but there were two-dozen cars parked willy-nilly in random areas. Seeing this, I anticipated an operational disaster inside. I was pleasantly surprised to find they have separate check-in lines for groups and individuals. We signed the list and found our party quickly. There's a large main room as well as a smaller room the shoots off to the South. That South room has two more large bouncy houses as well as several private party rooms. Our party was in one of the party rooms. I didn't eat any of the pizza, but it looked pretty good, and the attendants were always coming in to refresh one thing or another. After the food, the kids scattered out into the various activities around the place. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the activities areas feel kinda sparsely populated, but all the kids had a great time. There's a huge soft-play playground in the main room, some bounce areas for smaller kids, air hockey, a small arcade, and a kiosk for making your own stuffed animal from several available choices. They have outfits for the animals also. The overall service was excellent, fast, and efficient, even in the face of enormous crowds. I would definitely take my daughter back again. I have a sneaking suspicion it's the people who had Giggles-N-Jiggles on 40 highway in a new,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe did my sons 4th birthday party here and it was so fun! First off Katelyn was our host and she was super helpful and awesome. She helped direct our guests to the right room and checked in on us multiple times and making sure we had everything we needed. For the birthday room there is 3 picnic tables for you and your guests to use and a table for plates, silverware, pizza and cake. They have forks, knives, spoons, plates, and napkins provided. Your in that room for a hour then you move to the table out in the main area for 3 hours which was more than enough time. My son also got a stuffable pet as part of the package. For a busy Saturday it never once felt like it was too busy everything was organized well. The pictures honestly doesn't do this place justice. It's huge and lots of stuff for kids to play on. We had a 18 month old 4yr olds 6 yr Olds and 8 yr Olds and they all have fun playing on everything. Honestly I couldn't imagine a kid not having fun. This place is just so cool! I would definitely recommend doing a birthday here or just a...
