Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Bluefield

I purchased a Cub Cadet LTX1050 Last Summer. I have wanted this tractor for about 5 years.

This summer I started to use it and it will not pull up the hills in my back yard. I send a customer complaint to tractor supply two weeks ago (they will get back in touch in 24 Hours).And have not heard from them. I call cub Cadet and the put in contact with Larry’s in Bluefield. Larry’s will not work on Cub Cadet. I call cub back, they put me in contact with 3 other cub cadet service centers they will not work on them either. I call cub Again the put me in contact with Fowlkes in Wytheville, they will not work on them unless you pay the up front. My tractor is still not working. When I first contacted Cub my tractor was in warranty. after giving me the run around my tractor is not in warranty, If you are going to buy a Lawn Tractor do not buy from Tractor Supply and do not buy from Cub Cadet. I am so disappointed in this Tractor. CUB CADET DOES NOT STAND BEHIND...

Tractor Supply they carry a large range of items for your yard, garden, farm animals pets, tools, etc. Their prices are reasonable. The only complaint is there are never enough employees. Every time I've been there I've had to find a employee so I can pay for the things I buy. The store is clean and well stocked. You really can't beat the price for propane. It's not sold by the canister it's sold by the pound. As long as you can find someone to help you, you simply take your empty canister their they then refill it. I have the small canister and it usually costs between $7.00 and 11.00 dollars to fill. It doesn't take any longer than it would take to trade the tank out and that can cost...

Had an associate from the pounding mill valley store call this store to check on a set of lawnmower blades. Assured me they had the blades after driving a considerable distance I find out not only did they not pull them for me but they didn't even have them employees didn't seem to care the least bit about this problem just passed me from one employee to another. Drove five minutes to rural King. WOW. What a difference knowledgeable caring informed employees and a great selection of lawnmower blades too vurtually anything you need. Never going back to tractor supply again. I will drive by it and spend my money at rural King. And by the way the exact same lawnmower blades were 20 dollars...
