West Virginia has a safety food class for every restaurant worker that is employed. They employee has to sit through a couple hours class and then take a test at the end showing the state they understand safe food practices.
The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional to their delivery drivers. We are not allowed to touch any food or drinks as Dashers, rather we normally get sealed items for their customers protection. Tonight the manager handed me two drink cups and told me if I needed to know what the order was I could look at their customers order on my Dasher app. Willing to not argue I started to walk to the drink station. Then they said my second order had three more drinks and they were going to give me their cups too. I asked them if they could just fill the five drinks then and separate them for each order because I really can get deactivated for doing it. The cashier was angry and said it was not KFC's job to fill the drinks. I asked her if she made the drive-thru customers walk in and get their drinks. And when she didn't understand what I was asking I repeated myself.
I as a delivery driver touch three to four doorknobs/door bells/ knock on door frames an hour. I touch my car keys/ phone/ steering wheel countless times an hour. We are not allowed to go in the restaurant bathrooms to wash our hands in order to make anyone's food or drinks.
The cashier said if I didn't want to make the drinks for their customers then I needed to cancel the delivery and let another delivery driver come and pick up the order. Normally I would just take the time and fill the rest of the customers order but the tone and disrespect was enough for me to just walk away. It's disgusting to treat another company that makes you money that way.
It's also disgusting that instead of doing their job fulfilling the order they would rather have customers food to sit on the counter and get cold while waiting on ANOTHER delivery driver to arrive AND then touch the customers cup/ lid with their...

I've read other reviews and I can say that they're all 100% accurate with one exception, at least my experience. I have no never had a rude encounter as others have, but I've experienced all the others. The wait times are 30 minutes or longer; there's many people who are waiting this long every time I've been which is infrequent; which should be telling. Today was the first day I got my food and it tasted like chemicals. The chicken was fine, but all the sides had a really noticeable aftertaste and smell of cleaning chemicals. I had to throw it all away. It's one thing to be slow okay fine, it happens. But serving food like this is actually dangerous and consuming too much could absolutely make you sick. Please avoid this place; if you really want a KFC experience take some time and drive to their Princeton or...

We always drive to the one in Tazewell even if it is 30 minutes away if we want KFC because this one is so bad it’s not even worth the convenience of it being closer. The staff is so rude, and the food is always so bad. There hasn’t been one time we’ve left the drive-thru that all of our order is correct. We are almost always missing an item from our meals.
We made the mistake of ordering from here for dinner last night (June 29th). They didn’t have a few of their sides, so we ended up ordering Mac and cheese, it tasted like chemicals. The biscuits were hard and cold. The apple poppers had no filling and were dry and hard.
I know KFC’s food is better because the one we visit in Tazewell has delicious food and it is always hot when it’s served.
We’ve just given this location to many chances unfortunately, I like KFC’s food but this place is just so bad it’s...
