Mountaineer Bowling Lanes — Local services in Bluefield

Arrived around 11:30pm when I got off work, for Laser Bowling for a friend's birthday. I was charged the full cost of $14 to join my friends at the two reserved lanes, but due to the daylights savings time, time change for Spring, within 40 mins of paying full price they abruptly ended the nights session. I do think it would have been of some courtesy to have mentioned to me that this would be the case before taking my money for what would be less then an hour of bowling and only one game. The three people at the front desk, security as well as the male and female attendant were rude as well so I wasn't surprised but even upon asking if they sold water behind the counter all I received was a knod NO and when asking for change the woman still never spoke but only changed my dollar out with a scowl. Good place to go when you don't have anything going on in Bluefield, which is pretty much all the time. The establishment was clean, staff was friendly and attentive (our balls kept getting stuck so he had to go in the back and reset everything manually). While we didn't get food, we did see that they served it and from what our bowling neighbors got, it looked tasty. You come thinking they only serve beer, bit lo-and-behold if you go through a few secret doors you are greeted with a full bar. Went to get food when i first got there no one was wearing a mask. I ordered a burger and fries the lady's fixing my food did not have on glove's they kept touching money and their phone's and not washing hands afterwards. One lady touched all over the toppings that she was putting on my food then wiped her hands on her pants then proceeded to put my burger together.
