Stumbled upon this place while driving on a trip between Northern Indiana and Central Ohio and couldn't be happier that I did! First of all, Bluffton's downtown is proof that small-town America still exists and thrives -- very impressed! Second, the staff in this shop are fantastic examples of hardworking and dedicated young employees. I was told a full history of the company, the product details, and even told about a location close to my hometown that I never knew existed! I ordered the two gallon tin online, for my brother-in-laws 80th birthday. It was delivered to his home. As soon as I got the notification, I told him to grab it off his porch. Unfortunately, what was delivered was a melted mess. He contacted Shirley's to be told that he will have to drive 40 miles to pickup a new tin. He asked if they could just refund me instead and he was told "no, we don't refund". Needless to say, this was not $70.00 well spent. Very disappointed. I needed a Mother's Day gift for my mother in law, and she loves popcorn. In the midst of everything being Covid-shut down, I was able to order Shirley's gourmet popcorn online and went with a 3 month subscription BUT I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS! In a panic I called the company and they were so friendly, fixed it right away, no worries at all. I would say HANDS DOWN the BEST costumer service I've received in ages.
