Looked into my bill and seen that I was making payments on a phone that I paid off at my original purchase. Went back to the store in January and Brad seen that he had "accidentally" missed coded my account. He said it was an easy fix and would be corrected in the next bill. Fast forward to February bill and the bill was now a $1 higher than the previous months. When I went back in he tried showing me why but could never show me where my over payment is and said he didn't make any mistakes even though the month prior he admitted to messing up. Tried bragging about how he's been doing this for 18 years. So he has 18 years of experience of stealing from customers. LOOK AT YOUR BILL. HE IS A THIEF...

Not only did he hook me up with a new phone, but the man stayed open late to help me set it upâbasically risking life, limb, and probably dinner just to make sure I wasnât wandering the streets phoneless and confused. He was patient, knowledgeable, and didnât even flinch when he realized we would be transferring 14,000 blurry cat photos... If you're going to Verizon, ask for Brad. If he's not working, wait outside like itâs Black...
