Pipe Dreamz Smoke Shop — Local services in Boardman

Wish there was a zero star option. Don't waste your money here. These people are incredibly shady. I bought a small vaping device from them. The Mi Pod by Smoking Vapor. I already own one of these devices which I've had for over a year now. I wanted a second one as a backup for when I am charging my original and, incase it were to ever break, I would have a spare.

I had the new device for less than a week when it started firing on it's own while sitting on my table. It shut itself off after ten seconds with the safety feature and would not work again afterwards. I tried everything. Now, when I purchased the device, they said they were not able to give me my receipt as it was attached to the register tape that they use to balance the till at the end of the night. Both employees insisted that it wouldn't be a problem if I needed to make an exchange.

I went to exchange it for a new one today and the owner told me that I would have to do a warranty exchange through the company and that they weren't responsible after 24 hours. Are you kidding me?!!! No signs are posted. Nobody told me that at the time of purchase, and I can't do a warranty exchange through Smoking Vapor because they never gave me my receipt. So unless you enjoy getting robbed, stay away from this slum. You guys just lost a customer who has spent thousands of dollars at your store over a measly...

Ok. So. I just had my first visit yesterday and let me just say… 10/10. 5 gold stars.

We did not immediately find it from the road when we turned it, but then figured out it’s in the side. Duh lol. The shop was beautiful. Clean. Best selection in town. High end glass in pretty displays. Everything is displayed. Anything behind the counter you can see. Nothing is out of the way or hard to see or get to.

The woman who helped us, Bri, was super knowledgeable and cool. Very kind. Sharp dresser. She gave us the low down on the products and prices. Was friendly and funny.

She helped us find a product to fit our needs. I included some pictures of what we ended up getting. I think it was about $30 for both. Which is half as expensive as the other places I’ve been, for less quality product. Their stuff is worth every dime.

I’ve tried some other places in town, but it had bad experiences. This is absolutely where I’m going...

I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I don't like nor would I send a friend or a family member there. I received this AMG glass piece for XMAS and upon opening it from it's what I would assume factory bubble wrap I notice the sliders stem was missing. Went into the store to see if they sold a piece for it and got no where real fast. The sales girl asked me if I used the item and told me I left the store with it and there's nothing they can do for me. I didn't leave the store with it I explained it was a Christmas gift and I simply wanted to get what I need to make it work properly, which became an issue. I went to another place a couple of miles away told the guy my issue and he just gave me the piece I needed for FREE. Needless to say i wont be going to Pipe Dreams ever again or sending my friends or family...
