There are some pros, but there are some cons:
Pros: The spirit of the endeavor itself. Whoever has spawned this restaurant has done it with an admirable tenacity. Beautiful decor with apparently no expenses spared to make it appear professional, clean, modern and enticing. This is the right way to start a new business. The food is GREAT. Fresh, tantalizing and savory. Broad selection, spot on prices.
Cons: I would have to admit that the service seemed a bit slow (there were no other customers when I was there). Yet, it's possible that my expectations on timeliness were greater than they should have been, which is probably due to the Subway-style setup, where it appears as though your food will be ready relatively quickly. That in mind, the wait was considerably longer than I was expecting. VERY. LOUD. INTERIOR. It seems as though there was not much effort to hide the very loud fans and motors from the various coolers, etc. It permeated the entire atmosphere - which had little to no diffusion in it to deaden the sound (overhead diffusion panels, various plants, sound treatment, etc.). It made it difficult to converse with my friends.
In summary, as long as you're expecting your food to take a while longer than usual to get to you, you will find that the wait is worth it. I would recommend getting the food for takeout so as to avoid the louder atmosphere. Wonderful endeavor, and I wish them the...
Read moreIf possible I would give Sauceeino a higher rating. My 1st impression of the food is it's VERY FLAVORFUL! In a nutshell I would call this place the Chipotle of Mediterranean food but even BETTER because they have more selections. I ordered a vegan bowl with my 3 favorite items: falaful, hummus, and tabouli. Hubby had the vegan wrap and he loved it. We shared a container of pita chips seasoned with za'atar. Yummy. Everything was very fresh. We could only eat 1/2 our orders so we had the rest the next day.One of the highlights of my visit and order was the many different sauces. It's going to take me about 20 or more visits to try all the different combinations. We took home extra hummus and pita chips. I wish there a Sauceeino closer to Cleveland. This store is a real winner in my book. John, the owner/operator is friendly. The decor is clean, bright, and modern and the prices...
Read moreWow, what can I say. My wife and I will be going back to a place we found by accident. We were concerned when we went in because there was only one person working, but it was no problem at all. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. It was our first time there so she suggested we sample the many different sauces they have. We chose vegan bowls after she graciously explained what the differences were chose our toppings and picked our sauce. We ordered a side of hummus and a couple of pita breads. The food is reasonably priced for what you get and absolutely delicious! I even got a bottle of the sauce they make to bring home. Super hot, but tasty. I asked Google for a Lebanese restaurant and they were first in the list. Now, we have a new place to eat. Try it, you won't be...
