Rent-A-Center — Local services in Boardman

Extremely unprofessional. I started my account online & wasn’t contacted about delivery or anything so I had to call, when I called they told me I had to bring in proof of my lease, cool. Did that. Was then told I’d be contacted for delivery. Once again, was not contacted, I had to contact them. When the day came for delivery, they went to the wrong address, not that big of a deal but also another inconvenience.. Delivery was this past Monday, it is now Wednesday & they’re already calling me for payment? When I asked why I would be making a payment already when I haven’t even had it for a week, the guy says “ you don’t have to make your payment, we can just come get it”. 0/10 would absolutely avoid this location...

They severely overpriced their electronics after looking up the model numbers to everything they have I found that everything is either a couple hundred dollars to $1000 more than Best Buy Walmart or target and these are not discounted prices in anyway I found an LG 4K smart TV 85 inch for $3000 at Rent-A-Center that exact same model is $1000 anywhere else and that’s full retail price so why would you pay $3000 when you can get it at full retail price for only $1000 that’s just one example all that you have to do is look up the model number to whatever you’re looking for and then go to the store or online and compare the prices. The “manager” or “store front manager” whatever he is,he’s rude and inconsiderate! Who goes to someone’s home and bangs in their door like they’re the cops?some people have babies/kid(s) in their home.then when I answer the door wants to be absolutely rude and unprofessional because someone didn’t come on the first knock,also asked him not to knock like that and seemed ti be offended,just because someone didn’t hear you doesn’t mean beat their door down.I wish I would’ve asked for his name an store number so I could call corporate,he handled the situation so unprofessionally.what if nobody was home?were you going to break the door down an help yourself...
