Have had it happen twice now where they cancel my refill request and don’t bother to let me know. The first time, I called because I thought it was an issue with the online refill system, they let me know they were out of my rx and wouldn’t get another shipment for a few days. I was irritated they didn’t notify me as I was almost out of my rx, but they had another H‑E‑B fill it that day so I let it go. Won’t be calling to find out why it got cancelled this time, will just transfer it to Walgreens. Just moved here. Went to get my script, but didn't ask for my insurance before ringing it up, so came out to $120+.
