"Saw a 2014 CVO Deluxe listed at the dealership site with the tri color scheme. I decided I wanted that bike. Because of health reasons I could not leave the house for 4 months so I called Javelina and spoke to Roland. I told Roland that I was very interested in the bike and he sent me some close up pictures to my phone. I told him I wanted it and Roland went to work. I told him that I could not come into the dealership because of health concerns and he said no problem. Roland used online purchasing to its fullest. The rest of the team came online and made this bike purchase seamless. This is an awesome way to purchase a bike. Thank you Roland for making this bike purchase so easy. I highly recommend if you want someone to represent you from looking at a bike to purchasing, Roland is the salesman for you! "
Also: I purchased a helmet from Javelina 2 weeks after purchasing a bike from Javelina. The helmet had Bluetooth headphones that connect to your cell phone. There is an app that needs to be installed on your phone as well. Andrea was awesome in helping to accomplish this purchase and set up my phone to my helmet and the app. She gave me instructions on how to use the app and how to connect the Bluetooth to my phone. Andrea made it a point to tell me that she is available in case I have any issues, she is ready to help. Well, as soon as i got home my app was not connecting to the helmet. My phone connected to the helmet but not the app. So on Saturday I went to Javelina and was surprised to see the team cooking burgers for customers. My son and I had a burger each and something to quench our thirst. I took the helmet into Dre and she worked on it and had it working within 20 minutes. Again she was very pleasant and willing to help if I ever needed assistance again. To me Dre is a dedicated employee that is concerned with customer care....
Read moreFirst class experience from Javelina HD. ALL the people that work there were very helpful and pleasent. We went there on a very busy Saturday not knowin that there was an event goin on there. Still they took the time for us as soon as we walked in the door. From the receptionist to the sales staff, financin, all the way thru to delivery. We drove a little distance to get to Javelina, past other Harley dealerships. We are really glad we did. Our experience was above any other we had had in the past. Their selection is very impressive. I dont know how many bikes they had there but they kept comin. I wud be willin to bet that they got whatcha want right there in stock. If not I bet they cud find it or order the bike of your dreams or requirements. Bein a Disable Vet I have certian requirements. They made sure that my needs were all addressed. From the bike itself to the numbers that made sense for us. Even if you dont purchase from them, you'll leave there feelin like you've made new friends anyway. I will HIGHLY reccommend them (Javelina HD) to any and ALL who may be lookin for a new or used Harley Davidson Motorcycle. No matter how many wheels you want or need. They are good folks there. Very friendly and professional on all aspects. We cudnt have asked for any better experience. Everone there went outta their way to see we were satisfied. Pete, Gino, Josh, as well as many others, parts, service, and the young ladies that took time with my wife. That will not be forgotten. I promise that we will be return customers in the future. Top notch people make the top notch dealership. All...
Read moreIf I could give half of a star I would, because the service dept. there is not only horrible but dishonest. I had such a great experience when I went there asking questions before I bought my first HD that I guess I'm shocked now that the service dept tried to rip me off with boldface lies about damaged parts. I tried to contact the GM there about my experience, but it appears he's too busy to return calls or emails about incidents that will reflect poorly upon his dealership. So, I decided to post my complaint here where anyone could read it and be informed about what could possibly happen to them. I'll sum it up real quick, according to Javelina my bike needed over $2,000 worth of repairs. It's at another HD dealer now and my total estimate, without extras I'm buying, is only $288 to fix my bike. So, you decide, but if I had gotten a written estimate from Javelina before I pulled it from their shop I would probably have pushed the Attorney General for a deceptive trade practices case. It could just be my incident was isolated, but be very careful if you chose to do business with the service department, because other than the Svc Mgr none of the service writers have a clue what they're doing or what they're talking about. It's sad, because they're close to me and have made some friends with employees, actually rode with one, that I cannot trust the service dept enough to buy another bike there and have it worked on. Maybe time to go Indian, or Victory? Hate to dump my HD but if I cannot trust a dealer to fix it for me then maybe I need to...
