DIshonest greedy company that was a good company in the past with the previous owners. This company continues to raise rent often with no sense of reason. One of my units was flooded with mud during a rainstorm because of their low quality units and low quality landscaping around it that are not maintained. Yet, they continue to raise rent similar to apartment slumlords. Their dishonest greed should be their downfall. These are metal storage buildings...not homes that require increases in rent to provide for improvements. Update: So the unit price has doubled since I’ve been there and it hasn’t even been a year. Something about six month rate increases and that’s not the end of it. I was told they constantly do rate increases, so whatever you pay when you sign with them and depending on how long you need it for, your rate could quadruple in price.
