We were stranded on the interstate and the woman hung up on me. I understand that they take appointments only but I asked if they could make an exception since we were stranded within a mile of them. She was so rude and hung up. I was in tears. It was like I did something wrong for calling and asking a question. Our tow driver recommended them.
