I’ve been going to La Casita since they opened, and at this point, I think I qualify for a loyalty punch card and dual citizenship. The food is consistently delicious—like, “I just burned my mouth because I couldn’t wait” delicious.

The staff? Top-tier. Always friendly, fast, and somehow able to remember my order better than I remember my own birthday. I’ve recommended this place to friends, family, coworkers, and probably a few strangers at the gas station.

Food was very good. Their staff were very nice and helpful. The parking has no not driveway around the building. Parking is only at the restaurant; no parking in the yard of the house next door. So park close to the restaurant as soon as you can find a spot. Bolingbrook is a small town with few locals so other people's photo's of customers eating make it look empty, but its well worth the drive to eat there, It is my wife's and my new place to eat instead of driving to Griffin or Macon.
