Delivery of product was fine from BeltOutlet. The belts themselves are smaller than expected. When I asked to return the new belt for a refund, the company sent me an email that it was being evaluated. I then never heard back from them. Very poor support. Also, they were definitely going to make me pay for all the shipping both directions even if they were going to provide a refund for the belt. I highly recommend Belt Outlet. There was an issue with the shipping on my order. I reached out to customer service, they responded quickly. After verification there was an issue with my order, they shipped a replacement. The customer service is outstanding. Ordered a few items online. Delivery was late and short of quantities. No proper tracking available and customer service refused to resolve the issue. Dishonest and terrible attitude. DON'T recommend.
