
We bought our LoveSac Sactional with Discount Bros, and we are beyond happy with our purchase. We were a little nervous at first because these are possibly returns, and with that always comes with the risk of things being less than desirable quality. But our worries were quickly diminished after we had received our Sactional. Delivery was quick, arriving in just 2 days (delivery time was quoted with LoveSac being anywhere from 4-10 weeks), and since it was hand delivered by the awesome Discount Bros staff, it was cheap at only $60. Since they called us an hour before arrival, we had plenty of time to clear our livingroom. All the boxes we had gotten were a mix between brand spanking new (over half still had the original packaging and tags), and the ones that were used were barely so, as everything arrived in mint condition and with all the parts included. Only issue we ran into was a mixup with some of our seats being standard (we had ordered LovSoft, highly highly recommend, they’re crazy comfy), but that was quickly addressed by the wonderful woman who worked with us and assured us that the owner would take care of our exchange, we just needed to bring our proof of purchase (which is conveniently texted to you after purchase). I had brought only what was needed to be exchanged (back pillows and cushions, we didn’t even need to bring the whole set or box), and the owner Matteo had brought me everything by hand himself. He was incredibly helpful, and made sure to address any questions I had. Hell, he even helped me gather everything into my car!
The whole experience with Discount Bros was beyond expectations, and they live true to their name, seeing as we got out 5 seats and 6 sides for less than half the price of what we would have paid with LoveSac. We walked through the warehouse and saw other very reasonably priced items, and will definitely be checking them out for anything else that we may need first before heading out to the other stores.

Not only did they not reply to my fb messenger msg for an item I purchased on their fb page, but they never sent me an invoice after I sent them my email address to send it to. I purchased a separate item directly from their website and went to pick it up at their warehouse as I'm local. Once I arrived, an extremely rude young lady at the front desk made it next to impossible for me to pick up my item because she said she wouldn't read the order # on my confirmation email that I showed her directly on my phone. She said she couldn't (more like refused) to read it. I had to read it to her. Then she claimed to have some eye issue which she didn't even wear glasses. She had the worst attitude and was so rude to me. I told her about the other item that I won the auction for but never received an invoice for. She said I had to pay for it but I told her they never sent me an invoice to pay for it. She asked me if I still wanted the item which was a small extension cord. I said no because of the terrible experience I had with her already. She said I had to pay for the item because I won the auction. I told her that I msgd her staff w/ my email address to send me the invoice and they never replied, so I no longer wanted the item. She said I would be restricted on their fb page to no longer be able to bid on items. I said that was just fine bc I would never purchase anything from this place ever again. I removed myself from their fb group. Worst experience ever. Def need to hire new staff who have better communication and customer service skills. The people working there are super ghetto and rude. Read moreI found this company through Facebook Marketplace - someone (one of the employees, I assume) had a listing for the LoveSac sactional that said it was brand new in original boxes. I ordered it but what I received was NOT brand new. "Open box" is probably more accurate. These were likely floor models or returns. The wooden hardware was kind of banged up, nearly all of the covers had some kind of stain on them, and the boxes they came in were from the LoveSac brand, mostly, but everything had clearly been repackaged in different boxes.
5 stars for helpfulness and promptness from the guy I was chatting with over Facebook for my order, and 5 stars for the price of the sofa. But I'm really disappointed that the description was misleading. It's a liquidation warehouse with bargain prices, I get it, but don't misrepresent your products. I just want to know what I'm ordering. Fortunately, all of the stains came out when I put the covers through the wash (a bit of a tedious process), and you can't see the cosmetic damage on the wooden hardware.
A small piece was missing, so I emailed the company to ask for a replacement and to express my disappointment in the misleading description, as I've detailed here. They sent the piece free of charge, which was great, but didn't acknowledge any of my comments about the inaccurate product descriptions. I'm happy with the sofa overall, but I just want people...
