It's really hard to get a hold of someone when you paid for something and you need it shipped instead of pickup - But It turns out the shipping guy was not at work those days. So I finally got it shipped, and it was a really tall tower fan.. That did not work when I first got it. Someone had put it together in correctly and it was not working at all. So I had to take it apart and we put it together differently and thank GOODNESS the $100 tower works!!! I love this place...
