I wish I could give them a negative rating. Absolutely horrible! First I was used as a human pin cushion by the nursing students from MAC. Then Dr Becker came in and asked what my problem was, but didn't even make eye contact with me. I could tell she wasn't listening so I stopped talking and she didn't even notice. I wasted half a day there and got no help, just an over-inflated bill. Two days later I went to the walk-in clinic behind Domino's in Bonne Terre. I highly recommend them! Their doctors are very knowledgeable and compassionate and they were able to diagnose my kidney infection and prescribe the correct antibiotic. Don't waste your time or your life savings going to this so-called emergency room....

I have been struggling with ear infections since we left California and moved to Missouri as this is a very humid state with a lot of moisture and lots of things to be allergic to. I have not been able to hear out of my ear for 5 days and was able to get in with them quickly as I was referred by my primary care physician in Farmington because they didn't have an appointment available for me immediately. I forgot what doctor I saw, but he looks very young and he had dark hair and he prescribed me stronger antibiotics and a couple other things and it has been less than 24 hours and I can now hear out of my left ear. It is amazing to be able to hear! So, so far so good and I would return to them for...

I took my friend there today to get stitches removed 3 hrs before we were called back, only 1 person ahead of us was in end out. Someone that came in after us was in before my friend was.. I asked the person at the desk how much longer she said I don't know I am not a nurse, finally i asked her to call back to ask. I think they only took us back because i told them my friend portable oxygen machine was almost out of air. They did plug her into to one of there tanks, that is when they too, her back Very ,very bad customers service. I will never go back there and will advise everyone I know...
