Boy, this place has really gone down in quality and entertainment over the years. Bowling? I'd totally recommend... if you like playing games where only a portion of pins are dropped each round. It seems they have a bad selection of balls as well, mostly super heavy ones, or lighter ones with tiny finger holes. Bounce houses? Sure, if your kid is shorter than a Hobbit. My kid hasn't been able to go in the bounce houses since she was like 6, and just gets to watch all the fun from a distance. This should be an age based play area, my kid gets punished for being tall. Silver lining- she can drive a go kart, and be designated driver for her short buddies! Go karts? Sure... if you want to wait in line for a half hour to get to use one of the 2 or 3 indoor karts that are actually in operation. The track is a simple loop and your kart may randomly stop working. Mini golf? Nothing to complain about. Pretty fish in the area too. Climate? The a/c was BROKEN last time I i went in. Sweat dripping off everyone's faces. Food? Decent but over-priced. Pizza is kind of low quality like Chuck e cheese's pizza, it's thin crust. The drinks are good. Water boats? These are actually fun and little wait. Haven't tried the new Lazer tag. It's where the roller skating rink use to be. I'm saddened that nobody likes skating enough for it to have stayed, because I love skating. Video games are hit and miss. Some work, some will eat your creds. Some won't load your tickets on your card. I noticed this after my daughter win the jackpot on the wheel spin, luckily i took a photo, and the manager just happened to be walking by. The prizes use to have much better selection, now it's all Chinese plastic or blow up stuff with a few candy options. Kids still have fun playing though, and honestly I like playing the basketball and air hockey. Arm bands have went up in price, still not bad compared to other places. I feel it was around $22 for a kid for 3 hours iirc. Still the best thing for a kid to do in Bonne...
Read moreThere are tons of fun things to do. My issue was with the staff, specifically on the go-kart track. My kids met the minimum height requirements to be able to get on the go-karts so it was their first time. The attendant never spoke to them or explained anything. I personally had to walk through the gate and to my kids in order to help them with the unfamiliar buckle style on their harnesses. If I hadn't done this, the attendant never would have known as he didn't check them. The adults on the karts were flying around while my kids were obviously going a little slower. Not an issue, this we expected. After their second lap, they slowed on a curve and were passed on both the inside and outside of their kart, the attendant started screaming at them about brake checking, he scared the kids and they couldn't understand what he was yelling at them leading them to hit a wall. He then ejected them from the go karts with no explanation. I caught what led to the ejection on video and it is clearly the other drivers who were being unsafe. I saw another driver crash in the exact spot my kids did after drving erratically while they were waiting their turn and he was put back on the track. The attendant failed to do basic requirements of his job, like safety checks, and couldn't be bothered to help children learn anything about go-karts. We were paying customers, getting arm bands so they could ride as much as they wanted, they were only allowed on the go-karts one time. I appreciate the existence of this place but we will...
Read moreIt’s my daughters 11th birthday and she wanted to try to roller skate. When we walked in, we were not greeted or anything. A lady leaned over the counter and asked what we needed. We decided to purchase two bounce passes (one for my son) and a roller skate pass. My husband told the person at the counter what we needed and without even leaning up she points to a paper about 3 feet away, taped to the counter and says, “roller skating is closed.” We were kind of shocked, she points to the paper again, which stated “roller skating limited”…. Not closed. Then she proceeds to point to my daughter and said, “and she’s too big for the bounce houses.” Again, we were making sure we heard correctly, and she repeats herself in a more hateful tone. My daughter is not even 5 ft and weighs about 75 pounds so we were confused on how she was too big. Anyways, those were the only two things we were there to do, so we decided to leave. When I told my husband that it was fine, we’d just go, she pushes herself off the counter she was leaning on and shakes her head and rolls her eyes. We have had multiple birthday parties for my kids here, as well as bring them multiple times a year. Had the lady at the counter not been so hateful and rude, I probably would have been able to talk my kids into bowling and go carts which would have been $80 then another $100 or so for games. It would have been an easy sale. After our experience tonight, my family and I will...
