I could not be more pleased with my experience with Devin Norman. I had a friend recommend him to me for my very damaged hair & so I thought I would give him a try. My first experience with him was nothing short of excellent. Back about a year ago I had made the mistake of using box splat on my hair & ever since then my hair wasn't holding color correctly & would turn out red or orange anytime I tried to get highlights. I also straighten my hair almost daily & had just caused my hair so much damage. Devin got me back on track by giving me the k18 treatment, cutting & styling my hair & gave me the most beautiful highlights. He also recommended the best products that I bought for home & have seen such a huge improvement in my hair health since then. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair since he worked his magic on me. I was so pleased that I brought 2 of my children in to him this past weekend. My oldest son has grown his hair out long & just needed some shaping & he had the best experience with him. He said that he definitely wants to keep going to Devin & that's saying a lot because he is very shy & particular about his hair. My youngest son has the most beautiful head of curly hair that had gotten just very unruly & thick & hot, mostly because I didn't trust just anyone to cut it. Devin did the most amazing job trimming & shaping his curly hair as well & we are also using an amazing curl cream that Devin recommended! My daughter has very thick hair. It had grown almost to her waist and we went to get a few inches cut. The stylist did not even brush her hair. He did not separate it at all while cutting. He literally just got a big pair of scissors and cut across. One side was noticeably shorter than the other, but he said he was done. I told him that the sides weren't even and he clipped a couple of strands without the cape and without really comparing the sides. I was in shock over the whole situation and didn't realize how awful it all was until I'd already paid. Nothing was even and there were several hairs that hadn't been cut at all. We went back because I wanted him to fix it but he was talking to someone and we had to wait. While waiting to talk to him, my daughter became very uncomfortable and was worried that he'd make an even bigger mess so we just left. I decided I'd just do my best to fix it. It was so bad. Normally I’m not completely happy when having my hair done due to not being heard or just being told it wouldn’t look good, well this experience with HER she listened and even though I got a trim and shaped up only she made my day by giving me the hair style and cut I have been wanting. After 2 years of no products or heat and now this cut she absolutely made it all come together and did the bare minimum and made it look like we took our time.
