The food is decent. We went during lunch and they had put out dinner snow crabs while we were there. My poor old grandmother went to get a plate and came back with the "dinner" item. Two different staff members came to our table causing a ruckus about the crabs saying she had to pay extra. Supposedly, there was a sign saying it was a dinner item but they had removed it, so she didn't know. VERY disappointed. Not to mention the way they approached the situation. Since this is a buffet, I gave service an average rating. This is my overall favorite place to eat. The food is always great, seasoned and spiced just right.
