Ben going to IGA when it was Galaxy. I have always been greeted by the front people every time I went in. Today I walked in and there were 3 cashiers and only one customer. They all made eye contact with me and yet said nothing and kept gossiping to each other. Galaxy always stood out for their customer service, but now this staff knows nothing about customer care.
