After having my tech finished working on, I had come home to what caused my previous review, so here is my updated version. My review notified the owner of the business, as you can see below, and through quick emails way past business hours, I can say I feel a bit better about what happened. The customer service was great during business hours as well as after, which was the most important thing to me. Thanks again guys. If you read their website, it tells you they offer free assessments on your computer issues, and I took mine in before reading their website. I was told they would do a diagnosis, the price of it, and said okay. I was charged for a jumble of words which meant the same thing as diagnosis and assessment, but was charged for something that should have been free, and because of the legal wording of the bill versus their website, I cannot do a damn thing.
