The techs have good customer service. Everything else is horrible. Iâm sorry I was as patient as I could be. Do not bring any sort of gaming equipment to them. They broke my controller worse than when I bring it in. Iâll bring it in for a stick drift now the plates donât fit together the triggers donât work and all they could say was sorry and please pay for the diagnostic. This is the most horrible service Iâve had in a long time. This shop is not worth it. $30 for a more broken controller and Iâm not a mean guy or impatient by any sort they had my controller for months and kept telling me it would only take weeks. Itâs just not good. They donât know what theyâre doing. Unfortunately, they have other products in there and nice people for sure but the way they try to service stuff does not work. He broke it worse and offered no compensation. Do not bring your controllers or gaming equipment here please this went from a review to a rant, not going to lie because how do I know more than the tech I immediately opened and controller noticed that the triggers were broken and screws were missing and screwed into the wrong areas. Thatâs why the face plate wouldnât go back on. I beg you not to bring your equipment to them, especially since they offer no compensation and still expect you to pay just avoid them at all cost unless itâs for maybe smoking needs. I dropped 2 phones off at this location to be evaluated for repair or sale. Left my phones there for a week with no evaluation done... Then in January I dropped them off again thinking things would be chill and less busy...
Now Im trying to pick my phones up after them being there for over 20 days and they are unable to give me any information about where they are.
Saturday the 15th one of the clerks asked me to come back Monday.
I come back Monday for my phones and my phones are still nowhere to be found.
Later Monday eve I speak with the top person at the store Mhady. After insulting me by saying I caused a comotion for his regulars and using the phrase "I messed up now" on the phone, he says, "Come by Wednesday eve," to pick the phones up.
Im on call so I cant make it.
He calls and I say im busy but said my phones are either an A13-14 and S8-9 that I dropped off, I believe.
I show up the next morning, and they have 1 phone there. I leave it there because im expecting two phones.
Mhday just called me from the store and said he had 2 phones for me. I said ok. Ill go by there when Im free.
Then I ask, btw "What are the 2 types of phones you have?" Again, he was extremely disrespectful by saying he has other customers in line waiting. What the heck am I? Chopped liver? After I get my phones I will not be...
   Read moreI used this place about a year ago in sept 23â to fix a MacBook Pro with liquid damage on the keys. I received exceptional service and a quick repair. Unfortunately the quality of this repair shop has plummeted. I dropped off my MacBook for the same repair a year later due to my clumsiness and the repair time has went from one week to 3 1/2 without any updates unless I decided to call to track progress. In which they blamed storms on the other side of the country and the closing of ports, taking zero accountability for themselves and their slow performance. Just for me to be charged pretty much double the price I paid last time. The icing on the cake being I get home to find out they I still have a vital piece(the power/ Touch ID key) inoperable. Upon calling back to inform them that it wasnât working I was told I wouldnât get that keys functionality back. Which completely defeats the purpose of the repair.
