It was a Wednesday evening and I was hungry. The weather in Bossier City had cool down just a little bit not too much but just a little bit. And by 1:00 in the afternoon it was the perfect weather for some sushi and sashimi. Where to go? Where does one go in Bossier City to have some yummy sushi or sashimi? I didn't know I had no idea. However I did get lost one time going down shed road or Texas road or I forget which one and I remember passing this little restaurant on the side of the road so I decided to go back and give it a try. The hostess was extremely nice. The restaurant was nice and clean my table was nice and big to hold all the things I ordered and I started with the sushi and sashimi appetizer. Everything was nicely arranged. The cuts of fish were yummy and took me back to win I was stationed in Korea but eating in Japan food that was so yummy and so good. Someone said while I was on a plane that there is no good Asian food in Louisiana. That's just not true. The food here was very good and the staff were even better. The chef waved and said goodbye as I headed out the restaurant. I was very satisfied with my very delicious meal. I'm glad I happened upon this little place in Bossier City, or am I in Shreveport?, I don't know either way the food was delicious for Wednesday afternoon when the weather had cooled down just a little bit in the beginning of September. Thank you so much for a...

Read moreI've had better hunan beef. Really. This place is part of lins kitchen which is the Chinese restaurant of the place. But was sub par. But reason for 1 star was the waitress. Not sure what the deal was but just 4 tables with people but one table got all the attention for some reason. We ordered spring rolls asked to get the good hot mustard not the stuff in the packets. Got them with sweet and sour sauce asked for hot mustard, "well we have the stuff in the packets" that's not what we wanted. It was like this all night with her. I'll give someone the benefit but it just kept going on and on. We got our food then immediately asked for to go boxes. I've had way better chinese food than this. Sorry we spent our Friday night out on this. I cannot recommend this to anyone. Go if you want disappointment and want to throw 40 dollars out on this. Not my night out I wanted for me or my wife. If I could give negative...
