B&T Coffee — Restaurant in Bossier City

This is a cute place with much potential. The staff is kind and accommodating. I drove 30 min there very excited to get a pour over coffee because no other place in town town does them, and it was awful. I threw the cup out after just one sip. Super bitter. I would suggest learning how to make a pour over and the right beans to make that magic bc there is NO other good coffee shop willing to try them- but you have to know exactly what you are doing to make them worth drinking. A few things I noticed while watching- they didn’t wet the filter correctly before the brew, the coffee beans were not weighed and the pour was not done with a timer. I can’t speak to the rest of what they did wrong because I wasn’t behind the counter. Perhaps some good videos would help these nice ladies! And maybe some coffee testing bc one gal had never even heard of a pour over so how can you make what you have never had and know...

I'm often limited to flavored coffee choices because diabeetus. I was told that this place could make me a sugar free white mocha latte that would restore my faith in coffeeshops. So I went and had one of the best cups of coffee in my life. Seriously. If they were publicly traded, I'd buy stock. If they demanded my first born for unlimited coffee, well... they wouldn't get an immediate no. And after tasting their coffee, my kid would probably agree.

I sat in a nice atmosphere while waiting on my coffee to go, but I'd happily stick around if I had the opportunity. Go here. Drink their magic bean juice. Prepare to be impressed.

Oh, and the guy who made it was bearded, tattooed, and friendly - not in an effusive way, but more like an English bartender - sort of calm, competent, pleasant vibes. Very...

B&T is a locally owned coffee shop in Bossier City. This is hands down the best coffee shop in town! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the friendliest staff and they truly make you feel like part of the family. The service is always excellent, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The drinks are absolutely delicious, and I love that they offer creative specialty drinks each month — there’s always something new to try! Their food menu has plenty of variety to suit whatever you're in the mood for. The owner supports local artists so you'll find artwork displayed throughout the shop.
