Terrible's — Local services in Boulder City

Walked in because the gas pump was not working properly on pump#5. I went to hand the cashier my debit card but I had to wait almost 4 minutes for her to get off her phone “texting”. She looked at me and said WHAT! I said you pump is not working and I need gas, here is my debit card and she said how much money do you want. I said I need to fill up and she said that’s not how it works. I said here is my card and I’ll come back in after I fill up. She said NO! That’s now how this works. I said I guess I’ll go somewhere else and she said OK! Bye! Lol wow! Terrible training and terrible people skills. Friday 9/8/23...

I can't believe the manager at chevron Terables ,the cooler has been broke ,2 days now going on a 3 rd day . She's selling hot beer . Hot sodas. Anything that requires cold foods and drinks. So don't buy no warmed over cold ,over warmed BEER, POP. ANYTHING .FROM THE COOLER . THEY NEED TO HIGHER NEW MANEGEMENT . KIM .IS HORRIBLE MANGER ,HARD TO WORK FOR. SHE RUNNING REGULAR PEOPLE OFF ..THAT HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR PAST 30 YEARS. YOU CANT RE SELL THE BEER THAT HAS BEEN HOT FOR 2 PLUS DAYS. SHE WAITING ON A PART TO FIX THE REFRIGERATION...DOES CORPORATE...

New personel change has happened in the last month. Don't plan on purchasing beer or cigarettes without having your drivers license scanned. When I asked the cashier please don't scan my ID, she gave me a bunch of grief and typed my info into her computer manually. She had my ID already behind the glass deviding wall so I couldn't do much to stop her. It's sad that our little corner store has turned into this. I do not recommend...
