KAM Appliances Service Department and Warehouse — Local services in Bourne

The control unit of our new refrigerator was faulty. It kept beeping for no reason. KAM ordered a new control unit. I figured it would entail a couple hours to be installed. A pleasant surprise.... The old unit snapped out, the new one snapped in. Took about 20 seconds plus the time to get to the circuit breaker and shut it off and flip it back on. And off goes the service technician to his next appointment.

Fast forward three weeks. The refrigerator died and we spent 90 minutes frantically moving food into a backup fridge in the basement. Service tech came out 2 days later and diagnosed a bad fan unit. Replacement needed to be ordered. It's been a week since and we are still running up and down stairs to the basement fridge. No call yet from service to schedule installation of the replacement fan. Don't know if they have it yet. The unit is less than 4 months old and just sits there, useless. We aren't...

Worst in business, if it happens and when you call you get Lisa it’s your bad luck so attitude and liar. I spoke to her several times and I get the same answer every time. Your part is not here I will check with my manager and will get back to you and she never does. I had to call myself every single time this been ongoing since 08/20 . Today I spoke to her and asked for another agent by name she said that agent on the phone I called 2 hours later and I said I spoke to you a little while ago and she said no you are not. She refused to contact me with her manager and initially they charged me for $134.99 and she doesn’t wanna refund me even though they didn’t show up on their initial appointment and they didn’t even get any parts. From start to finish everyone made this process so easy and efficient. I have never had a company where every step was flawless until KAM Appliances. Andy in Hanover was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. The updates on delivery day were amazing and helpful so emptying the old fridge could happen right before they arrived. I can’t speak anything other than brilliant when it comes to our delivery team that came. They had doors off, water off, old fridge out and new one in the house in minutes. Thorough, helpful, friendly and smiling the whole time. We need a new stove but unfortunately can not afford right now, can’t wait till we are able to so I can experience KAM Appliances start to finish gold standard services again!
