Food Lion — Local services in Bowling Green

I am new to this area and food lion of course is the go to spot for groceries I went here a few times and have to say usually the staff is very friendly. But I had Rebecca the cashier about 2 times I have to say the first interaction with her I thought maybe she just had a bad day . She was very rude slammed my stuff across the register didnt bother to greet me or tell me the balance of my total. But then when I went to her register the second time I knew I had to leave a review .No hello , no balance she was a bit gentler on my groceries this time but still i feel like she should be trained in proper customer service. Food Lion in Bowling Green, not my favorite no matter when sale flyer comes out, the availability of sale items is slim or not available at all. Was given a raincheck for item I checked for a month not available I gave up. Vegetables are not the freshest. Bought 1 pound hamburger , was bright in color looked fresh put in refrigerator, the second day it had turned gray smelled horrible I did get my money back. Do not buy much from there anymore, if it's supposed to be fresh ? Lot of times you go in not many registers open. Sunday after church went by for a roasted chicken it was not brown like it had been baked, it was white the skin was not even tan in color! I’m currently at the Bowling Green rehabilitation Center. I’ve never used a delivery service for groceries. Yesterday was the first time and I ordered online from Food Lion. Something went wrong and my order got lost in the system. These sweet people sent an employee to personally deliver my order instead of making me go through the headache of deleting it and going back through InstaCart. I’m so impressed.
