Ordered 3 sandwiches and a salad using the Subway app. Picked up the food 20 minutes later. I was in and out of the store quickly. When I got to the car, my wife checked our order and discovered we were missing the bottle of coke that we had ordered. No big deal, I'll just run right back into the store. There were no other customers at the time and I had just left the store 2 minutes ago. I walked in and announced that our coke was missing. I was shocked when the lady behind the counter wagged her finger at me and said, "No, no, no. You did not pay for that." Her co-worker, who had filled my order, went to the trashcan to retrieve my receipt, which should have been given to me when I picked up my order. She then went to the back office to compare the paper receipt to their record of the on-line order. Sure enough, we had ordered and paid for a bottle of coke, which I then selected from the refrigerator before I walked out of the store. I have no problem with the fact that the drink was missed. Those things happen. It was the ATTITUDE when I returned to claim the drink. Their default position was NO, NO, NO, and a finger wag. There was no apology when it was determined that I was right. Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo as advertised, a footlong is $6.99 and as I have the Subway app downloaded on my phone, I take my family in to get 2 footlong subs at the Bowling Green location. We are greeted in a small sarcasm way then as the 2 subs were being made, I pull up the subs on the phone. Sara noticed it needed to be an online order so I then tried to order online (just basic subs) then for some reason every sub said "unavailable ". Sara then informed me that her Mgr must of turned the special off because she is by herself. I told her I understand that she is by herself but how is that the customers fault. Unfortunately I had to leave the subs there because Sara started to be more sarcastic š.
I'm not sure why Sara is the way she is but 1 guess would be that she was by herself and it probably happens often.
Subway how do you cut off a special to your customers especially when this location needs business?
Subway how is that the customers fault if you are short staffed?
Subway I've worked in the Restaurant industry a long time and this is not how you should do things. Subway I need the District Mgr or the Corporate office to reach out to me ASAP.

I was passing thru and grabbed a 6ā sub.. the lady was clearly bothered that I walked in ..when I saw the lack of meat on my sub I asked her if thatās all that goes on there? To which she replied āone scoopā so I said ādid you even fill the scoop up because what tf ? Never again.. not that I am from the area but according to the other reviews -this is going to be your experience to should you go there! Look at my sub lol Disgusting and Iād love to see the scoop she measured with .. unfortunately the meat was in a little cup already pre measured so they donāt do it in front of you....yeah now I see why .. rude lady ,...
