Special ordered a loveseat that the salesman shared should be in by end of May. We learn at end of May that now it won’t be built until end of July. We shared with salesman when ordering that we were taking it to Florida in June and if didn’t work in that window it wouldn’t work. We were not guaranteed but he shared there should be no problem at all. Spoke with the manager and basically he shared if we read on page 3 of their contract all special orders are our problem.    Read moreI purchased a large sectional with recliners less then a year ago (spent over 2k in May 2024). About 2 months ago I noticed the couch was not holding up very well and contacted the store. They came out took pictures and told me they would get back to me. Even with a manufacturer warranty still in play , I was told 'this is considered normal wear and tear and you will need to use your extended warranty you purchased." The actual foam in the seat and leg rests is gone the frame ia bent too. Couches are not disposable items after a year. The people are pleasant but the quality is extremely poor! Don't waste your money here or Wrights (parent company)...
