I cannot say enough about a Chef Sarah. She was friendly, helpful, accommodating & professional. Chef Sarah and her assistant catered my intimate elopement dinner and I’m pretty sure it was the best meal I’ve ever had. Hands down. She was in our rental home and I felt so comfortable having her there. She has a warm presence & went above and beyond to make the night a memorable one. We had lovely appetizers set when we arrived (don’t skip the Thai Fried Spring Rolls), wine was poured with our meal, and the roasted chicken was the best I’ve EVER had! Her Tomato Buratta Caprese was amazing. Even my husband, who ‘hates tomatoes’ ate every last bite of that dish. Each vegetable was cooked to perfection and each dish came with professional service and explanation as to how it was prepared. Chef Sarah catered a private dinner for my party of 12. The courses were served with appropriate timing. Catering is tricky, the courses have to be served fresh and hot, not tasting like they've been steaming all day. Well, Chef Sarah has it down!! Each course was excellent, from the appetizers, to the main course and dessert. The Bison tenderloin was incredible! so tender, cooked perfectly and fantastic. Chef Sarah is an amazingly talented chef that cares deeply for those she is creating for. I have severe food allergies, and Chef Sarah created an incredible 4 course dinner for me, my family and friends that accommodated every one of my needs and was absolutely delicious. You would have never known she had done it with food restrictions in mind because nothing felt like it was “missing” (if you have allergies or dietary restrictions, you know exactly what I mean!).
