Geraldson's Family Farm — Local services in Bradenton

I finally got to visit Geraldson's family farms because the last couple of times I passed it on my way to Robinson preserve they were closed. They are open Tuesday thru Saturday.

I saw someone's review saying they had a hard time paying more than grocery stores. Many big box chains don't support local businesses thats why places like Geraldsons are a dying breed.

The gals working here were very polite and helpful. The veggies and fruits were very fresh. They have a scratch and dent section of marked down produce.

Yes , everything is considerably higher priced, but this isn't my every day go to place because I dont live in the area. But I will help support them when I can. I bought some local honey, so when you shop here, you help support other small businesses.

I saw some pics on Google that look like maybe you can rent out space for an event I saw they had a vendor market for Christmasin December. The next time I visit Robinson Preserve , I'll definitely stop in to get a few things that won't break the bank and help them stay...

Hardest working and most selfless people on earth! There is just nothing better than pulling in to pick up some goodies and being greeted by the smiles and sheer goodness that oozes from every Geraldson family member - and their farm cat, Huck!. A treasure in the little town of Bradenton. Not only do they have their own fresh grown veggies, but they bring in from other local growers what they don't have, in addition to a nice selection of locally produced products and goodies. As for the staff of family, pure joy! They are ALL hands-on. Visited today as they were all about to sit down to have lunch and every one of them took time to visit and chat and pitch in.
