Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Bradford

This is not my own personal experience, but one that was shared with me & it touched my heart that I wanted to share. A little old man, who mind you was a short man came into the store looking for pants 👖 that were his size. He asked the store associate & the store Manger for their assistant in finding pants in his length. After him sharing his story with the ladies, the store manager brought the customer over to the pant section to help him. Unfortunately in the search they couldn't find any with a smaller inseam of 30". He was pretty disappointed 😞 but once this store manager looked at this little old man, seeing his disappointment told him she could still help. How....she took home the 2 new pair of Carhartt pants he purchased to hem for him with an inseam of 28". This man is beyond happy 😊 & so is the store manager. It's those little things for customers that go a long way & make them returning customers. Job well done...

When you go to do some Christmas shopping and are minding your own business. And then after you pay for the products you’re getting and are making your way to your car. The manager calls the cops because they thought you stole something its a bit ridiculous. We’ve been loyal customers of this store since they opened, we’re are loyalty members and this is how they treat us. It’s absolutely disgusting especially since the manager told the cops that if we come back it’s trespassing like seriously if I could give zero star review I would have. Who would want to steal from an overpriced store when you can get it for half the price on Amazon and have it delivered to your doorstep instead of dealing with rude...

This review is a week overdue. Last Sunday was my first visit to the Bradford Traxtor Supply. It was the most organized and tidy TS I have ever visited. The employees were friendly and helpful to a fault. This location is a half hour further than my local TS but they will be seeing...
