The best! Took my iPhone XR to apples certified repair at Best Buy in sterling and was told they cleaned my charging port out. Well, two days later the intermittent charging issues came back. Called MiTecShop today and he got me in the same day. Was assuming I needed the charging port replaced because apple already attempted to clean it. Well, turns out apple sucks and MiTecShop saved me a lot of $$$$, they were honest and told me just needed to be cleaned correctly. You all have my business for life!...

These guys are AWESOME! I had gone to the Apple Store in Pentagon City to buy a new battery for my phone which the battery was not working and wouldn't charge my phone. I was told that no Apple Stores in the DMV had batteries, and to order 1 would take 2 weeks! BUT I could upgrade to an iPhone X. REALLY????
