CAUTION!! Most of the 4/5star ratings post are from employees and friends with fake reviews. The staff never responds to emails or phones. I managed to drive to place and ordered cake for my daughter's birthday and the experience was very bad.

Below 4 reasons : Misspelled the Name on the cake - in the instructions it was clearly written to spell the name.The finishing after correcting the spelling was not very good. Though I still accepted the cake because it was my last resort and mistakes do happen. Printed Alphabet Sheet - Not sure who gave this crazy idea of having a printed sheet for alphabets on the cake which is not soluble in the mouth on the cake is a very bad and unpleasant experience. No friends and guests liked this sheet. Dye used on the cake - Cake was ordered for green color. The Green Color was so bright and a very bad food color for kids to eat where you see their color on their tongue.The color should have been lighter than this very bright Color. I hate to even post the pictures of the cake for reviews. Cake spouge - The cake spouge was very dry to taste. The sponge cake inside none of my friends and guests liked it.

Really bad service. The cakes are so delicious but the service is the complete opposite. We arrived and the man who opened the door was friendly but the people in the office were rude, careless and lazy. First, Modesto attended me and another employee named Norma was also there. Modesto told me that I could not pick what I wanted because I “chose” the basic package and didn’t want to let me explain how I wanted the cake. Then I asked Modesto if I could see how an 8 inch cake looked like and takes a measuring tape out as if he’s measuring something and tells me it is the circumference of the 8 inches which made no sense at all. Later on, I asked if I could speak with the manager and they both said she was busy and I said the service there was awful and Norma said in the rudest way possible to leave and go somewhere else. Overall the cake we ordered was exactly how we wanted starting with the taste and ending with the beautiful design. One complaint that I do have would be upon arrival we were walked upstairs to the office to pick up the cake. I waited for about 10 minutes to someone to help us even though her daughter went to tell her someone had arrived which she completely ignored. 2 staff members walk up to her office regarding some matters. The front desk or office manager not sure who she was just yelled at them like they were some sort of animals. Regardless of what was happening this is not how you talk to your employees.
